Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tenue application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically as your continued use constitutes acceptance.
Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your Tenue account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@tenueapp.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Subscription & Billing
Tenue offers three tiers: Free, Plus at $4.99 per month, and Pro at $9.99 per month. Paid subscriptions are auto-renewing and billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.
User Content
You retain full ownership of all wardrobe photos and personal content you upload to Tenue. By uploading content, you grant Tenue a limited license to process, store, and display your images solely for the purpose of providing styling services. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.
AI Styling Services
Tenue provides AI-powered outfit suggestions and styling advice through its virtual stylist personas. These suggestions are advisory in nature and should not be considered professional fashion consulting guarantees. Styling results may vary based on the quality and completeness of your wardrobe data.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Tenue only for its intended purpose of personal wardrobe management and styling. You may not misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems, or upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
Intellectual Property
The Tenue brand, logo, AI stylist personas including Theo, Vera, Aura, Dash, Simone, and Lola, and all associated creative assets are the exclusive property of Tenue. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Tenue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may delete your account and terminate these terms at any time through the app settings. Tenue reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse platform resources. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
